Full Members

In Consultative Status with ECOSOC

The ALLIANCE focuses on intergovernmental global policy and strategy development in crime prevention and criminal justice through mechanisms managed by UNODC. These include the annual Comission on Crime Prevention and Criminal Justice (CCPCJ), the UN Treaty against Transnational Organized Crime (UNTOC), the Conference of States Parties on the UN Convention Against Corruption (COSP UNCAC), and the quinquennial Crime Congress.

Full Members of the ALLIANCE are representatives of NGOs that have ECOSOC status and have their own mandates to contribute to the global policy making dialogue and process.

Associate Members

Associate Members are those individuals and organizational representatives who do not have consultative status with ECOSOC but are engaged in the work of crime prevention and criminal justice academically, as activists, capacity builders, advocates and more. Associate Members are essential to the social innovation in the areas of crime prevention and criminal justice and active Associates benefit from their engagement in ALLIANCE Working Parties, meetings, online briefings, and more. Becoming an Associate Member is a pathway to impacting global social change in the UN context.
